Delivery Policy and Important Information
If your area is outside the locations listed above, please contact us before booking as we may still be able to help. In cases where severe weather or other factors prevent safe delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where applicable.
What Do You Need Before Delivery?
- Please ensure there is enough space for the equipment you have booked.
- Ensure clear and suitable access for our delivery team.
- Clear the setup area of debris, furniture or obstacles before delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if delivery cannot take place due to restricted access, unsuitable space or inappropriate setup locations.
