What Happens if It Is Raining or the Weather Is Bad on the Day?

If bad weather or rain is forecast, we will call you the evening before your hire date and advise you what to do. For safety reasons, we recommend that bouncy castles are not used in adverse weather such as heavy rain, and we will not supply inflatables if strong winds are forecast.

Can a Bouncy Castle Be Set Up on My Lawn?

Yes, we prefer to set up bouncy castles on a lawn. For safety, we secure the inflatable using six pegs. A ground sheet is placed underneath, so your grass should not come to any harm. Any small peg holes usually disappear after a few days.

Do You Hire Bouncy Castles Outdoors on Concrete or Gravel?

No, unfortunately we do not hire bouncy castles outdoors on concrete or gravel due to HSE safety guidance. Outdoor bouncy castle hire requires a suitable flat grass area.

Can You Set Up on Concrete, Gravel or Decking?

No, we do not set up castles on concrete, gravel or decking. We can only set up outdoors on flat grass, or indoors in suitable halls and venues.

How Much Notice Do I Need to Book a Bouncy Castle?

Please book as early as possible. During busy periods, popular items such as Celebrations Bouncy Castle with Front Slide 18ft x 12ft, Jungle Bouncy Castle with Front Slide 18ft x 12ft and Baby Jungle Soft Play & Ball Pool Package can be booked well in advance.

How Many Children or Adults Are Allowed on the Castle?

Each castle has its own user limits. Children’s castles should not be used by heavier adults. The hirer is responsible for supervising use and for any damage caused during the hire period.

How Much Space Do I Need for a Bouncy Castle?

Product dimensions are shown on each item page. Please allow an additional 5 feet at the front and back, plus at least 2 feet at each side.

Can Bouncy Castles Be Used Indoors?

Yes, many inflatables can be used indoors. Please check the venue ceiling height before booking. The ceiling must be higher than the inflatable you choose.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept cash or card payment on delivery. We can also invoice you 3 days before hire for payment by BACS or card.

Do You Need an Electrical Socket?

Yes, there must be access to a 240v mains power supply within 40 metres of the inflatable.

Do You Charge for Cancellation?

We do not charge for cancellation as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.

Are You Fully Insured?

Yes, we hold £5 million public liability insurance. This covers us against setup faults or faulty equipment. As stated in our Terms of Hire, the hirer is responsible for safe supervision while the equipment is in their care.

Do I Need to Set Up the Castle Myself?

No. We deliver, assemble and secure the inflatable for you. We also provide a clear demonstration on safe use before leaving it in your care. When we return, we dismantle and collect everything.

How Long Do I Get to Keep the Bouncy Castle?

We usually deliver first thing in the morning and collect later the same day. For indoor hall hires, we work with your venue hire times. If you need more than one day, mention this when booking.

What Access Do You Need for Delivery?

Inflatables are wheeled into position using a trolley, so we need a standard-size path to reach the setup area. If there are steps, tight entrances or access restrictions, please let us know before booking.

Can You Carry a Bouncy Castle Through a House?

Most inflatables are bulky and difficult to move through a house. Please tell us before booking if access is through the property. Bouncy castles with slides cannot be carried through a house.

Do You Hire Bouncy Castles Outdoors During Winter?

No, we do not hire bouncy castles outdoors during winter. Outdoor hire usually runs from March to mid October. Indoor hire is available during winter months in suitable venues.

Which Locations Do You Deliver To?

We supply inflatables and party hire in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Forest of Dean, Stonehouse and Charlton Kings. We also cover parts of Herefordshire, including Hereford, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye. Please check Delivery Areas for postcode details.
